Your Responsibilities:

🔹 Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes
🔹 Manage scheduling, emails, and other administrative tasks
🔹 Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations
🔹 Support the operations manager in various projects and tasks
🔹 Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
🔹 Liaise with national cleaning teams

📢 Job Title: Content Creator Apprentice

Location: Remote – but must be able to travel

Job Type: Apprenticeship Full Time

Duration: 9-12 months (Chance to become full time)

Our team is passionate about creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives our brand forward. We are seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the world of content creation.

Job Description:

As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will work closely with our content team to develop high-quality, engaging content across various online platforms. This apprenticeship is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and real-world experience in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of various videos of properties across our portfolio.
  • Assist in interviews with our clients and investors
  • Social Media account management – including Instagram, FB, TikTok
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content including text, images, videos, and graphics.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas.
  • Help manage and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages on social media platforms.
  • Assist with the production of multimedia content, including video shoots and photo sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Strong passion for content creation and digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail in design and content presentation.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be able to drive
