Pass The Property was established by Parminder and Harminder Chana two engineers, with university education from Leeds. As travelers, they preferred Airbnb over hotels during their adventures because it’s apparently cheaper. However they encountered some poorly-managed accommodations along the way. Drawing upon their experience in property management, they decided to create Pass The Property to support hosts across the country.

With a focus on serviced accommodation, their approach revolves around the idea of “Let Us Handle It For You” aiming to optimise opportunities on Airbnb.
